We specialize in batch run jobs ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 pieces at a time. Our multi-turret machines are capable of machining parts up to 3/4" in diameter. Threading, knurling, drilling and turning materials as soft as aluminum and as hard as stainless steel are common jobs. Heat treating and plating services are arranged to prepare parts for final assembly and shipment to customers.
CMG owns and operates 4 screw machines used to support custom assembly requirements.
